I keep thinking there is a foreign body in my anus or rectum and i cant remember if i put it in my anus. if there actually was a foreign body in my anus or rectum would i feel anything and can i have a foreign body in my rectum without any symptoms?

Usually one would expect the body to expel it as it does stool( and as it expels items that individuals may have swallowed). But an abdominal film should show something or a sigmoidoscopy may identify a foreign body. Follow up with gastroenterology.
