This post is confusing. Why would you worry about breast size in a girl during early puberty? It has another few years to change. If you openly express concern to the kid you can trigger her feelings of poor self worth.

Normal puberty is considered to be between 9 years of age and 16. Your daughter should be encouraged to appreciate her normal rate of development
