I have stage 4 ckd, creatinine is 2.51 my urine is always foamy. i have noticed that over the last we 10 days it's more foamy then usual, does that mean my kidney's are getting worse?

Foamy urine usually means that you're spilling large amounts of protein in your urine. You don't mention what your kidney disease is. Causes of proteinuria include glomerulonephritis, glomerular damage seen in diabetes, longstanding hypertension,primary amyloidosis,multiple myeloma,autoimmune disorders like lupus. With massive protein loss in the urine, swelling of legs,ankles&feet usually occur
