Husband has bubble type small itchy rash on back of both hands, i think it may be from excessive hand washing and use of alcohol from this pandemic, what can he do to get rid of it?

The treatment will really depend on the cause. If the rash is due to dry skin from alcohol-based hand sanitizer, using a mild soap, applying lotion often and avoiding the hand sanitizer should allow the hands to heal. However, if that does not solve the problem, he should have his doctor examine his hands so that a diagnosis can be made and treatment initiated. Good luck to both of you!
