I can recommend she should no do this and my shot 1.5 Oz is on the instructions that came with her meds advised against it. Most don’t read them.

Yes, your friend is exposing herself to life threatening short and long term effects. Few shots of tequila alone may be intoxicating for majority of people. Sleeping pills come in different forms, their sedating effect adds on to alcohol, they should never be used in combination with alcohol. Binge drinking is likely and your friend needs professional help.

It is harmful to her, especially if she keeps up with such behavior. Alcohol is a poison that never did anybody any good, ever, so stay away from it. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
