Can lunesta be taken after taking tempazem 3 hours prior? i took one 15mg tempazem and couldnt sleep at all, so i took one 3mg lunesta hours after the tempazem. will i be okay? i know its not safe to mix two sleeping pills, but i was so tired?

Using temazepam with eszopiclone may increase dizziness, confusion, drowsiness, impairment of concentration, judgment and thinking. Lunesta is a non diazepine which works as hypnotic to initiate sleep & maintains sleep, If you took temazepam one day, it is ok . Taking few pistachios before sleep and put charging devices away from bedroom may help better sleep.. Hope it helps.
