Radial Nerve Palsy: Sustained compression of the radial nerve results in impairment due to direct pressure on the nerve and/or inturruption of blood supply from compression. Recovery occurs over days to longer than a year. You should seek in-person care so the wrist can be splinted. Passive, range-of-motion exercises are encouraged. B-comlex vitamins are generally prescribed to aid in healing.

Neuropraxia: Likely a pressure injury to the nerves controlling her arm, but could also be a stroke. Please get her to an emergency department right away. It also sounds like there are some substance abuse issues that should also be addressed to prevent more serious injuries and death in the future.

Oxycodone?: Not sure what your friend took: "cdn 80" but if it's oxycodone (narcotic), it shouldn't have been mixed w/alcohol. Anyway, sleeping funny can lead to numbness/weakness. If it doesn't resolve quickly, need to go see doctor.
