I have been facing a strange sensation of pulse in my penis while siting and standing through out the day. no pain no redness nothing. when i look, penis tip is dry. like nothing came out despite the pulse feel like it did?

Keep observing the symptom for now. If symptom is relieved next day, you are fine. See a doctor if you are at risk for sexual transmitted disease with persistent or new symptom.

There is an artery which you might be feeling in the penis. count its pulsation and compare it to your pulse at the wrist if it is the same then you are feeling the penile artery and there is nothing to worry about.. If you have no other symptoms than there is a great chance there is nothing wrong. If still bothered have a Urologist che.ck you out
