Have terrible spring allergy.took zyrtec half a pill(5mg) yesterday morning and then another half of it(5mg) before bed. today morning i took a whole pill(10 mg). did i do a right thing or should have i waited until tonight to take a new dose?

The usual dose of Zyrtec for adult is 10 mg once daily. In case of inadequate control of allergy symptoms, you may add a nasal spray of Flonase (fluticasone).
