So i basically boiled my foot awhile ago and it's been healing nicely. no infection. but it's not healed completely. what are the risks of me removing the layer of skin that's not connected to my foot?

I think you should have your doctor see it and remove what you are referring to, if appropriate. It is difficult to advise you to remove something that we can’t examine. But, your doctor would be able to see your skin and remove it, if that is the right treatment. Or, advise you to leave it alone, if that”s the right answer. So glad you are healing well!
