Those test will show many abnormalities. There is always a possibility that something may not show up on an US or any other type of imaging. Nothing is 100%.

Sometimes tests and imaging are need to rule out abnormalities. It also depends on why the tests are being done and it needs to be in the context of an individual person. Wish you good health!
