Do you want to say you no longer feel as if your right hand is dominant after a dehydration episode 2 days ago? Do you mean your right hand is weaker than the left or less dexterity? A young man with a dehydration episode should not cause any significant neurologic damage unless your blood pressure was extremely low at that time and you had to be hospitalized for fluid repletion.
