Genital warts generally are not painful or even itch at the site or around the genital area . I would please see a Urologist for a proper check up.

Agree with Dr. M, Genital warts are usually painless, however, multiple infection sexually transmitted infections are not uncommon and it is prudent that you consult a doctor. Get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health!
