Hard to tell: You can have a reaction to pretty much anything and they can be delayed, but it is very rare to be allergic to hida so while its possible, chances are its not.

Possibly: Reactions to hida are very rare. However not impossible. Cck or cholecystokinin is used to stimulate gall bladder to contract. This can not infrequently cause flushing of skin and sometimes itching, but this is temporary symptom. The isotope technetium 99m has 6 hour half life, and by 24 hours, most of it has decayed.
