Pelvic pain can be a damaging infection to your organs and deadly. Seek medical help. You are young , for colon infections , and I Would expect more GI symptoms .

You could have anything from a urinary tract infection to a disc problem in your back or other arthritic problem in your back. You should talk to your own physician about these signs and symptoms and be referred to the appropriate doctor for diagnosis and treatment.
