Yes, unless otherwise instructed by your dentist. If taking other meds, such as blood thinners, best would be to check with your current prescriber.

Absolutely, unless you have allergies or specific medications or conditions that prevent you from taking Ibuprofen, you can take 600mg of IBU and an additional 500-100 mg of Tylenol every 6 hours for the first 36 hours
