This is not a normal: response. You need to contact the professional who did the procedure as soon as possible for reevaluation. You may have a serious infection developing.

Oral Surgeon: Important that your be reexamined immediately. Please return to the Dentist or specialist Oral Surgeon who did the extraction to be reevaluated for infection. Bite being "off" may also indicate fracture.
