It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see a doctor, preferably a neurologist. In the meantime take multivitamins including vitamin B12. Wish you good health!

This could be side effects of a new medication if you just started one; if you haven't, these symptoms need looking into sooner rather than later. MS comes to mind right away, but there are numerous other possibilities.
