Vein?: If the stenotic vein is severe enough to affect health, you would more likely have left sided pain, swelling in the arm, bluish tint to the fingers. Symptoms you're describing might be associated with a stenotic ARTERY (especially if there is "steal" syndrome). If it is the vein that has been stenotic, one can trust the decision not to treat, but could also expect spinal xray series or mri check
