Suffer from chronic migraine . recently i sometimes wake in night - my vision is shaking and see flashing lights ? neuro thinks a type of migraine ? normal weight , no seizure history . likelihood of seizure ? thats main worry ? only rarely at night?

This does not sound like a seizure as you are conscious of what’s happening. It does sound like a migraine variant.
