People rarely get alcoholic neuropathy from getting drunk one time. It usually takes years of chronic and heavy drinking of alcohol. If you are have symptoms of neuropathy you should see a physician ASAP.

Best to address this as an alcohol/ nutritional neuropathy which becomes one of many consequences of chronic drinking and poor nutrition. One episode of intoxication will not cause this, but if you do have problems with numbness, tingling, pain, and weakness involving arms and/or feet, should consult a physician.
