Definitely yes. People with or at risk for immune deficiencies of any kind are among the highest priority groups for COVID-19 immunization. Get vaccinated ASAP -- especially in view of the current horrible COVID circumstances in your country.

If you are on HAART and CD4 count is above 200 you can make antibody after the vaccine. If CD4 count is more than 500, your response to vaccine is as good as normal people without HIV. So far, there has been no report about the serious adverse effect of mRNA vaccine in HIV+ population. Because the vaccine for Covid-19 is new so information regarding this topic.
