Would hpv warts in mouth be tiny and white on top and side of tongue. dentist said no warts, but im wandering if a dentist couldve missed it?

Visit an oral surgeon or an ENT doctor for a second opinion.

Your dentist is trained to know the answer and if he says there is nothing to worry about then why not take that for what it's worth. On the other have if you are obsessing on this then do go and get another opinion from an oral surgeon or periodontitist. Best wishes
