For a couple days i've had a headache above each temple, it's only when moving head sharply to either side, looking down or talking loud?

Sounds like sinuses.: What you are describing sounds like sinus pressure. It could also be just a common stress headache. If you are not having any nausea/vomiting or vision changes, I would give it some time, take some tylenol (acetaminophen) or ibuprofen, drink lots of fluids, try nasal saline spray or a decongestant like sudafed (if you don't have any blood pressure issues). If not better in a week you may want to see someone.

Sinus check: From your symptoms, it looks like you have sinusitis,, which would explain the headaches and worsening with positional changes etc. If you haven't done it, pl see your primary doctor or go to urgent care for a quick exam and confirm diagnosis. Until then try oTC sinus decongestant like Allegra (fexofenadine) D or Zyrtec D along with some Ibuprofen.
