Pregnancy requires unprotected intercourse with a male capable of ejaculating sperm into your vaginal tract. Self masturbation cannot result in pregnancy. Missed periods are most likely due to hormone fluctuations caused by stress, weight gain/loss, exercise, lack of sleep, ovarian cysts or other problems. If the problem persists, see your Dr for evaluation.

Pregnancy is not possible in above mentioned circumstances. You might have a UTI and/or menstrual disturbances that are extremely common. Talk to your doc about your current symptoms.

If you did not have sex with a man, you are not pregnant.
Menstrual irregularities are not uncommon and anovulatory cycle is a common cause. If you miss more than two periods it would be time to see your doctor. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time.
