A better option: If you eat as if you had bariatric surgery, 6 small meals every 3 hours and if each meal contains a good protein, green vegetables, and very little carbs, using fruit only while moving, if you learn to relax and breathe for 5 minutes after each meal and if you move for 15 minutes after each meal and get a good night sleep of 7 1/2 to 8 hours you may be surprised to see what happens.
