All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, CK-MB has been superseded by troponin for myocardial infarction. Wish you good health!

Ck-MB is rarely used nowadays for myocardial injury. Traditional normal range 0-5 ng/ml. While your result appears normal, it will need to be placed in proper context by ordering doc.
