Contact doctor: We can not interpret individual lab results without knowing the clinical context. Most lab companies display Maternal serum AFP tests with the values and then list if the range is normal based a mathematical calculation factoring in the persons age, race, weight and diabetic status. The ordering physician should be able to provide the interpretation
