Many : Many people use aloe vera. Another natural remedy is papain, which is an enzyme that helps digest proteins. Also guar gum (sterculia) is a fiber that regulates the body’s absorption thus aiding in digestion. Lastly make sure you see your doctor for a complete work up and evaluation of your stomach complaints, there may be something more serious than digestion issues. All the best.
