Antiemetic: Zofran is a strong antiemetic which controls nausea, but meclizine, Benadryl (diphenhydramine) and scopalamine are more often used to combat motion sickness.

Zofran (ondansetron): No, zofran (ondansetron) does not work for motion sickness well. It is used for treating vomitings. Discuss with your doctor for better option to prevent motion sickness. Good luck !
