Valium has a half-life of approximately 48 hours. The half-life of a drug is how long it takes for half of a dose to be eliminated from the body. As Valium is processed by the body, it is broken down into other substances known as metabolites. In many cases, these metabolites are detectable in the body for much longer than the drug itself. So it takes time. Have you a medical reason for taking it

You cannot flush it out of your system. Visit this site for information on clearance time for valium: https://americanaddictioncenters.org/valium-treatment/how-long-in-system.

Valium is a long-acting Benzodiazepam with an approximate detection period up to 3 weeks. Did you have a prescription for the drug? If so, it should be considered a "negative" test. Forget flushing.
