Could i wait to vaccinate my baby for mmr when she is 15 months since the cdc guidelines suggest anytime between 12-15 months for the first dose?

Good for you (and your child) to be sure she gets all the standard childhood vaccines. The CDC guideline is clear: MMR vaccine at age 12 months but before 15 months. However, it's still competely effective if given after 15 months. Discuss with the child's pediatrician.

Please consider following the AAP schedule. A tailored schedule is possible and you may decrease the number of vaccines given in one day. Please discuss with your Pediatrician. Unless otherwise contraindicated, MMR is recommended. There have been Measles outbreaks and the majority of children who developed disease were not vaccinated.
