Urine color reflects its concentration. Orange urine is very concentrated, yellow is less concentrated & is dilute when it is almost clear & without color. Your body loses fluid when you sweat. Sweat is colorless so it is almost like losing body water and excessive sweating can result in dehydration. So, there is nothing to be concerned about.

Urine color may change due to the food you eat and the degree of hydration. Urine of dark orange color is not unusual if urine is very concentrated. However, if it recurs even you are not dehydrated, you should have it checked.

Drink more water. Drink enough so that your urine is mostly colorless. Keep a pitcher of water by your bed and drink at night as needed.
