Hi, i have a tiny red spot on the upper part of my right leg it doesnt hurt or anything. it just feels like a little scab. any possibilities of what it could be?

It could be a capillary that got injured-if this is the case, it should go away within a week or so. If it doesn’t resolve, or if other symptoms like pain, increased warmth, increased redness, etc. develop, then see a doctor for evaluation and treatment. After all, seeing a skin lesion definitely helps with the diagnosis!! Good luck to you!!
