If you did a virtual consult with a HealthTap doctor that was unscheduled, it may not be possible to speak with the same doctor again. But, a different HealthTap doctor will have access to the original consult so if you still have questions/concerns, another virtual consult can be done. Another option is to select a doctor on HealthTap internal medicine clinic so you can see that doc regularly.
