Sometimes: Frequently ovarian cysts will go away on their own. If there is no concern for cancer, you can wait a few months and repeat the u/s to see if it is getting smaller or has gone away. Best wishes!

If it ruptures: If the ovarian cyst ruptures then it might go away on its own. However, the size is very small and you may benefit from oral hormonal suppression by your MD.
