Persistence of a "small white bump" on or near the clitoris may be HPV (human papilloma virus) commonly known as "wart virus". One does not have to have vaginal intercourse to acquire this contagious virus, only skin to skin contact with a person with the virus on his/her hand, transmitted hand to hand. See your gyn provider for an accurate diagnosis.
