Pseudoephedrine (Sudafed) is a stimulant. It can increase heart rate and blood pressure. An increase in heart rate and/or blood pressure could lead to some of the symptoms you have been experiencing. These effects, of course are dose related. That is, the higher the dose, the more pronounced these symptoms can be. If they continue, I would advise that you see your physician.
