A member asked:

Should i be worried about pancreatic cancer at 21? im healthy according to my blood tests but have now started thinking about it because i know someone who died of it at 72 (no relation to me)?

Your last sentence really tells the story. Risk for pancreatic cancer is real, but VERY low. How is your blood sugar? Do you have problems digesting foods? In other words is your pancreas functioning normally? I suspect your case of 1 has been mentally unsettling, leading to anxiety. If this problem continues, please consider psychological counseling, as worries can compound, affecting life.

Given the information you provided, you are more likely to die of lightning strike than pancreatic cancer. Quit worrying. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
