Ears ringing, feels like white noise static, dizzy abd feel blah what could it be?

Sound damage to hearing. Ear wax. Someone needs to look in your ears.

Agree with Dr Grim, as most likely there is a build up of ear wax, which when removed will resolve your tinnitus, but if you have been in contact with loud noise, such as head phones turned up too high, you will need audiological evaluation. Contact your doctor and get a baseline evaluation.
