Everytime i get up i get super dizzy, my vision turns black, my ears close up and i hear weird ringing/static sounds in them. i am taking an antidepressant but this happened even before i started this medication what could be causing it?

Sounds like your blood pressure may be dropping drastically when you stand. May be orthostatic hypotension. Call your GP's office for a consultation, they should be able to measure your blood pressure in several positions to see if that's the case as well as obtain a history to see if anything you do or don't do may contribute
