Im 16 (male) and 5'7 my mom is 5'3 and my dad is 6'1. will i grow to be at least 6 feet tall by the time im 18?

The expected final height of men is 1/2 the combined height of both parents plus 2.5 inches give or take an inch. This suggests your final height from genetic factors would be about 5'10.5". More growth would require open growth centers in your bones, they usually close by 18. An x-ray of your wrist/hand could identify growth potential. No diet/meds/exercise/ etc. will change this.

As a personal note so as not to give up hope. My mother was 5’1” tall my father was 5’8” tall. I am 6’tall. My grandfather was tall. What makes life so great is that there are always exceptions
