Usually they try to contact the prescriber’s office, most offices are unfortunately closed during weekends. To make sure this is addressed promptly you may need to contact your prescriber’s office as soon as they open Monday morning, have them clarify the order with the pharmacist.

If the prescription came from a HealthTap doctor, the pharmacy will get in touch with that doctor to clarify the prescription. So sorry if that is what happened but don’t worry, the pharmacy will reach the doctor.
