Timolol: The active medication in Glaucosan eye drops is timolol which is widely available as treatment for glaucoma. If you have a prescription for Glaucosan, the pharmacist should automatically fill it with a different brand of Timolol unless the doctor has checked the "no substitutions" box. In that case you'll have to talk to your doctor.
