Why does the center of my forehead feel really cold and tense when i focus on something? it doesn't hurt. when i feel my forehead with my fingers, it isn't cold and the muscles aren't tense, so i think the sensation is coming from inside?

I have never heard of such a complaint in 60 years of medicine. Are you under a fan? Discuss with a Dr who can examine you.
