I noticed a red line going straight across my uvula and i have not had it before. should i be concerned? i do have gerd and seasonal allergies but i have not had this occur before?

If the uvula isn't painful, reddened or swollen, at this time I would just observe for any accompanying signs or symptoms. If you still have concerns, consult a physician, otolaryngologist or oral surgeon for evaluation and advice.
