It is very possible your symptoms are related to the carbonated soda. If your symptoms resolve when you don’t drink any carbonated beverages, then it is even more likely that the soda is causing your symptoms. If that is the case, then avoid carbonated drinks. Luckily, there are plenty of other options for you to drink to stay hydrated!! Best of luck to you!!
