Depends: Sperm retrieval can be done in office under local anesthesia in some cases whereas in other men the procedure needs to be done in the hospital. Total cost of office procedure plus sperm/biopsy freezing may run 6-8k. Ivf costs vary. Stimulated cycle ivf usually 12-20k but natural cycle ivf is about 5k. Success rates will depend upon age of the female partner and to a lesser extent upon the sperm.
