Technically i should be 7 weeks 4 days pregnant today as my last period started on 21st feb, today ultrasound reveled crl 8.8 mm which makes the gestational age 6 weeks 5 days,1 week behind is that worrisome?

Calculation of age of pregnancy based on U/S measurements will vary from the gestational age as determined by "last period". Both the normal variance in growth rates between different fetuses, and the actual date of ovulation where conception originates will make the gestational age estimates not a certain entity with relatively minor differences.
