Your question is vague. When you consume less nutrients (& calories) than your body uses your system first burns off any reserve carbohydrate stores before burning fat to sustain body function. Any diet that reduces calorie intake/day will burn off fat eventually.

To lose weight, cut down on whatever you eat. Start by reducing your intake by half. There is no fat burning diet. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
